The Garage Attendant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of garage attendants, ensuring smooth vehicle flow, maintaining facility standards, delivering excellent customer service, and enforcing safety and security procedures. This role combines operational supervision, team leadership, and customer interaction to ensure an efficient and professional garage environment.

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily garage and parking operations.
• Ensure attendants follow established procedures for vehicle handling and documentation.
• Lead, train, and schedule garage attendants.
• Enforce company policies, appearance standards, and customer service expectations.
• Manage shift coverage and attendance.
• Employee scheduling and payroll.
• Monitor security of vehicles and garage premises.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle counts, incidents, and daily reports.
• Report incidents, damages, or security concerns immediately.
• Assist with payroll timekeeping for attendants.
• Ensure proper functioning of gates, ticketing systems, payment kiosks, and other equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parking operations, facilities management, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excel & Microsoft experience.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
