JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of a 6-9 physician clinic, focusing on physician relationships, staff relations, customer service, and financial management.

JOB SUMMARY:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

| 2. | Licensure: | |
| 3. | Experience: | 5 years of experience in physician’s office setting |
| 4. | Certifications: | |
| 5. | Special Skills: | Financial management skills, focused on cost containment, reimbursement, and collection practices. |
| 6. | Other: | Basic office skills, billing and EMR computer systems |
JOB SPECIFIC STANDARDS: All responsibilities and standards shall be performed according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines for Meritas.

Ensures clinic meets operational, revenue cycle, quality and financial benchmarks. |
|
2. |
Ensures clinic meets strategic initiatives and improves clinic’s fiscal management. |
|
3. |
Demonstrates human resource management through effective supervision, recruitment, retention, performance and compliance with Meritas Policies and Procedures, employment laws and regulatory standards. |
|
4. |
Ensures clinic has effective and efficient clinical operations to include patient flow patterns to maximize physician schedules, referral management process, patient communication and scheduling to foster a customer service focus and culture. |

5. |
Ensures good provider and physician relationships promoting group culture and teamwork. |
|
6. |
Demonstrates professionalism by articulating and demonstrating professional behavior, accepting responsibility and accountability for actions, adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating leadership and supporting Meritas initiatives. |
