About the role

MODLOGIQ is seeing a skilled Technical Sales Representative. This position is responsible for leading and supporting the development of modular design-build solutions from early client engagement through contract execution.

What you'll do

• Act as a critical bridge between Sales, clients, architects, engineers, and the Preconstruction/Estimating team
• Ensure projects are strategically planned, clearly scoped, accurately budgeted, and positioned for successful execution
• Drive new projects and revenue growth
• Shape project strategy during the pursuit phase
• Align client goals with modular delivery solutions
• Ensuring a smooth handoff to the Project Execution team upon contract award

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, design-build, or modular construction.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and client-facing preconstruction activities.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis, and scope development skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
