This high-impact role supports the launch of an innovative direct-to-patient healthcare model designed to improve access, engagement, and treatment experiences.
The Senior Program Manager will transform strategic vision into execution by coordinating complex programs across digital health, operations, commercial, and patient support functions.
You will own launch readiness activities, manage critical timelines, and ensure cross-functional teams and external partners are aligned for success.

The Senior Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale direct-to-patient program, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across internal teams and external partners. This role serves as a central point of coordination, driving governance, risk management, and continuous improvement throughout the launch lifecycle.
- Build and manage an integrated launch roadmap covering patient intake, telehealth, prescribing, fulfillment, billing, and support operations.
- Own program timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical paths to ensure successful delivery against launch objectives.
- Establish launch readiness frameworks, including readiness criteria, checklists, testing plans, and Go/No-Go decision processes.
- Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies through structured RAID management and escalation processes.
- Coordinate execution across commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, operations, analytics, and technology teams.
- Lead governance meetings, maintain decision tracking, and provide clear executive-level reporting on program progress and risks.
- Support onboarding, integration, testing, and performance management of external vendors and technology partners.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, end-to-end patient journey validation, and issue resolution before launch.
- Establish operating rhythms, reporting structures, and documentation practices that ensure program transparency.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop performance dashboards and key metrics related to conversion, adherence, service levels, and channel effectiveness.
- Lead post-launch reviews and optimization initiatives to improve future program scalability and performance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with a background managing complex initiatives in healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or technology-driven environments. They should demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, operational discipline, and the ability to deliver results in highly regulated and fast-moving settings.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of program/project management, commercial, digital health, or operations experience, or equivalent experience through other education pathways.
- Experience managing complex, multi-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and external partners.
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical commercialization, biotech, digital health, telehealth, consumer health, or related industries preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale launches with compressed timelines and structured decision-making processes.
- Experience coordinating vendors and partners, including technology platforms, fulfillment providers, pharmacy services, and operational teams.
- Understanding of system integrations, API workflows, data flows, and performance reporting environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and other teams in highly regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools such as Agile, waterfall, Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize competing demands and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Competitive annual salary range of $149,349.25–$202,060.75 USD, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
