Licensing Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Licensing Project Manager based in United States.

The Licensing Project Manager will support the successful delivery of clinical trial technology projects by managing licensing, translation, and questionnaire-related processes.
This role serves as a key connection point between internal teams, external partners, and license holders to ensure accurate and timely implementation of clinical trial requirements.
You will coordinate complex workflows involving eCOA solutions, translations, documentation, and regulatory considerations within a highly specialized healthcare technology environment.
The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Working closely with technical, project management, and external vendor teams, you will help ensure clinical trial systems are configured effectively for critical patient interactions.

Accountabilities:

The Licensing Project Manager will oversee licensing and translation activities required for successful clinical trial technology implementation. The role involves managing communication between internal teams, external vendors, and third-party license holders while ensuring project requirements, timelines, and documentation are accurately maintained.

  • Manage communication between internal eCOA teams and questionnaire developers or license holders.
  • Coordinate with technical solutions, design teams, and translation vendors to support project requirements and deliverables.
  • Research licensing, translation, formatting, and questionnaire requirements to determine applicable restrictions and implementation needs.
  • Identify and establish relationships with license holders to support required approvals and reviews.
  • Develop and maintain information-gathering processes to support licensing research during project initiation.
  • Communicate translation and eCOA requirements, milestones, and timelines to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain internal reference documentation and master guides outlining license holder requirements and processes.
  • Coordinate license holder reviews and ensure feedback is properly addressed.
  • Manage translation workflows by preparing source files, screen reports, and implementation materials.
  • Review translated materials and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct ordering.
  • Coordinate revisions between technical teams and translation providers when updates are required.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align translation schedules with overall client delivery timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical technology environments. They should have strong project coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and an interest in supporting complex clinical research processes.

  • 2–3 years of experience working within the pharmaceutical industry or a related healthcare environment.
  • Strong experience with licensing processes and managing external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interest in language, research, clinical technology, and healthcare innovation.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate workflows across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience with clinical trial technology, eCOA solutions, or translation management is a plus.
