Job Description
We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to join our team. This individual
will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and play a crucial role in
creating a welcoming atmosphere at our school. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a
variety of tasks with a positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children. This
position is short-term to fill in for our current manager on leave, beginning August 2026 through
approximately December 2026 (exact dates TBD).

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and warm interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Workplace Apps and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with children and families
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Monitor student attendance and record-keeping
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the school administration
- Manage the school calendar and schedule appointments and events
- Support the planning and coordination of school events and activities
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for school-wide basic IT needs, connecting staff and students with appropriate support and resources.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Manage inventory for office supplies, facilities, and the vending machine
- Support basic health needs for students
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Additional potential roles, depending upon background experience
