  • Financial Teamwork: Partner with our Finance team to track tenant payments, update ledgers, and manage repayment agreements.
Leasing, Waitlists & Marketing
  • Fill Vacancies: Market available units through approved platforms and community networks.
  • Manage the Waitlist: Keep waitlist records organized, screen applicants for eligibility, and coordinate unit offers.
  • Smooth Transitions: Support the entire tenant lifecycle, coordinating efficient move-in, interim, and annual recertification, and move-out processes.
Affordable Housing Compliance & File Management
  • Audit-Ready Files: Maintain meticulously organized digital and physical tenant files in strict compliance with LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and PBV guidelines.
  • Gather Documentation: Collaborate with applicants and our Intake/Housing teams to collect necessary financial and qualifying verifications.
  • Deadline Management: Keep our compliance pipelines moving smoothly by tracking correction deadlines and prepping files for Management Obligation Reviews (MOR) and audits.
Requirements: Who You Are

We are looking for a highly organized professional who can balance regulatory precision with genuine human empathy.

Your Must-Haves:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HOME, PBV, or Section 8).
  • Skills: Incredible attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and a knack for conflict resolution.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Mobility: Ability to travel between local property locations (sometimes on short notice).
Your Bonus Points (Preferred):
  • An Associate’s degree or 2+ years of administrative support experience in property management
