Sales & Revenue Operations Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales & Revenue Operations Administrator based in Canada.

As a Sales & Revenue Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the systems, processes, and data that power the entire customer lifecycle. Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, you will ensure CRM operations are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business growth objectives. This role combines hands-on CRM administration with process automation, reporting, and operational strategy, helping commercial teams work more efficiently and make informed decisions. You will partner closely with business leaders to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights that enhance revenue performance. In a collaborative SaaS environment, you'll drive continuous improvement by enabling automation, strengthening system adoption, and supporting operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology and process optimization.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM platform, managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, user support, and system optimization across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain CRM workflows, automation, routing logic, pipelines, custom properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, and system integrations to support revenue operations.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality through governance, validation rules, regular audits, deduplication, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide visibility into sales pipeline health, marketing effectiveness, customer success performance, forecasting, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze business and CRM data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making for revenue leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document, optimize, and scale commercial processes while reducing manual effort through automation and best practices.
  • Support CRM integrations with third-party systems, including ERP, customer support, analytics, and other business applications.
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support to promote CRM adoption, improve operational consistency, and encourage best practices across teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering CRM platforms, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, workflow automation, reporting, and CRM customization.
  • Experience building and maintaining automated workflows, CPQ processes, CRM integrations, and cross-functional operational systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing, cleansing, segmenting, and reporting on large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM import/export processes, deduplication tools, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations between CRM platforms and third-party business applications.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, email template design, or data privacy regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position based in Canada, with flexible work arrangements.
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $90,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive employer-sponsored healthcare benefits, including extended health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Four weeks of vacation from day one, plus additional paid wellness and mental health days.
  • Retirement savings and additional employee benefits designed to support long-term financial wellbeing.
  • Ongoing professional development, leadership training, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Collaborative, people-first culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and employee growth.
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing SaaS organization by shaping revenue operations and business processes.
