Accountabilities:

The Product Manager - Visualization Solutions will be responsible for shaping product direction, managing execution, and delivering high-value visualization capabilities. The role requires strong product ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to align technical teams with customer and business needs.

  • Contribute to the product roadmap for visualization solutions by balancing platform investments, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and high-performance visualization experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and consistency of shared visualization capabilities.
  • Translate complex user workflows and technical requirements into clear product specifications and actionable priorities.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
  • Define key success metrics and analyze product performance to guide future decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively across distributed teams.
  • Balance user expectations, technical constraints, and strategic business goals throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with a strong ability to manage technically complex products, collaborate with engineering teams, and deliver solutions that create meaningful user value.

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably within visualization, graphics, construction technology, or other technically complex product environments.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through successful delivery.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on complex systems, platforms, or technology-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and iterative delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to understand and balance customer needs, technical limitations, and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working with distributed, global teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex challenges.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of approximately $104,000–$151,800 CAD, depending on experience and location.
