  • Practical knowledge of low-voltage systems, including wiring, inputs/outputs, serial polling loops, and related installation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while managing multiple installation projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively support field technicians, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems; typing speed of at least 20 WPM preferred.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours as business needs require.
Benefits
  • Salary: $58,000–$61,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Full-time, salaried exempt position.
  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package, including healthcare and additional company-sponsored perks.
