Perks and Compensation
- Earn $60+ per hour (W-2 employment) - Hourly pay is based on assignment, location, and experience. We handle tax withholdings so you dont have to.

Role Requirements:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Commitment to ethical, collaborative, student-centered behavior support
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferred
What Youll Do:
- Responsibilities vary by placement and are aligned with your experience and preferences. Depending on assignment, you may:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate on IEP and BIP development
- Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff
- Supervise Scoot-employed RBTs (In-person supervision preferred; virtual supervision may be considered depending on placement)
- Comfortable working with medically fragile/high behavior situations
- Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students
- Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings
- Additional role requirements will be in the handbook and shared during the interview process
