Summary: inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a full-time Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician or an Internal Medicine Physician with IPR experience for a Director role. You will be working alongside highly capable medical staff and for a well-established and prestigious group known for their physician driven medical model and stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This opportunity is full time, working in-patient rehab hospital. It is a Monday through Friday shift rotation. PM/R will work alongside medicine in a consultative capacity and will work closely with IM as a complement to medical complexities. This position offers excellent work-life balance, with flexible starting and ending times. Additionally, we offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package dependent on employment status.
