Family Medicine with Obstetrics | Surgical OB | 4-Day Week | Bolivar, MO in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics Fellowship to join Bolivar Family Care Center in Bolivar, Missouri.

This is a full-scope FM/OB practice where physicians carry surgical C-Section privileges, build long-term patient relationships, and have real say in how their practice runs — supported by a system delivering 550+ babies a year from a brand new Birth Place with 9 LDRP rooms.

The Opportunity

• Full-scope family medicine with surgical obstetrics — prenatal care through delivery, including C-sections
• 4-day workweek with FMOB call 1:5
• Practice alongside a group of eight other physicians at an established clinic
• No ER coverage required. No hospitalist duties
• Documentation on Meditech Expanse with Suki AI scribe support

Compensation & Benefits

• 18-month guaranteed base salary, followed by RVU production model
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
