Human Resources Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous human resources or related experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as general internet and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Ability to learn and follow established filing, recordkeeping, and office procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional and welcoming communication skills, with the ability to greet and assist team members, visitors, and others.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal English, including proper spelling, grammar, and business communication.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships.
- Willingness to learn HR policies, procedures, and systems.
