  • Proactively identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions while maintaining a strong focus on client expectations, project scope, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to share client feedback, identify product requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Explain technical concepts, integration approaches, and solution capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Help ensure proposed solutions are feasible, well-documented, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and responsiveness throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to a collaborative learning culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and continuously developing technical and consulting capabilities.
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software consulting and SaaS environments, with knowledge of APIs and modern integration platforms.
  • Practical experience with software development languages, integration methodologies, and technologies such as Java, Groovy, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, GraphQL, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear, practical solutions for clients.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environments where meeting client and organizational deadlines is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when designing solutions, preparing demonstrations, and documenting requirements.
  • Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different functions.
  • Strong organizational and project-planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HR or finance data integrations is an asset.
