  • Coordinate the activities required to achieve and maintain Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations, Specializations, and Partner Capability Score requirements.
  • Manage AWS Competencies, Service Delivery Programs, partner validations, customer references, technical validations, annual reviews, and renewals.
  • Oversee Google Cloud Specializations, Expertise requirements, technical validations, customer evidence submissions, and compliance with partner program standards.
  • Monitor changes to partner program requirements, assess their potential impact, and communicate relevant updates and actions to internal stakeholders.
  • Track certification requirements, attainment, expiration dates, and qualification gaps, providing visibility to practice leaders so risks can be addressed proactively.
  • Build and maintain audit-ready evidence repositories containing statements of work, architecture and design documentation, deployment evidence, project deliverables, customer references, and acceptance documentation.
  • Coordinate external assessments, specialization audits, renewals, and other compliance activities while ensuring required evidence is complete and accessible.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards that provide clear visibility into certification status, program readiness, upcoming deadlines, and potential compliance risks.
  • Partner with engineering, consulting, sales, operations, practice leadership, and vendor teams to collect required information and keep multiple programs progressing against established timelines.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience managing technology partner programs, certifications, competencies, specializations, or similar compliance initiatives.
  • Experience working with at least one major cloud or technology partner ecosystem, particularly Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating audits, assessments, certification programs, compliance activities, or evidence collection processes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, requirements, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations and Specializations, AWS Competencies and Service Delivery Programs, and/or Google Cloud Specializations is highly valued.
  • Experience working within a VAR, MSP, MSSP, systems integrator, cloud consulting organization, or similar technology services environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records across complex partner requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical, commercial, operational, and leadership teams.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and independent working style, with the ability to identify risks, communicate proactively, and follow through on commitments.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to shared success, continuous improvement, accountability, and building trusted relationships across teams.
  • Must be based in the United States.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $95,000–$115,000 OTE for positions based in New York City; compensation may vary in other U.S. locations.
  • Additional bonus and/or incentive compensation opportunities.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Incentive compensation plans available to employees.
  • Company-funded 401(k) contributions.
  • Employer-covered health insurance at no cost to employees.
  • Annual Bring Your Own Device reimbursement of up to $500.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Remote work environment with a culture built around flexibility, trust, and collaboration.
  • Regular one-on-one coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
  • An inclusive, diverse, respectful, and high-performing workplace.
  • Opportunities to work closely with engaged leadership and contribute to continuous organizational improvement.
  • A culture centered on empathy and collaboration, ambitious thinking, ownership, and delivering strong outcomes.
  • Commitment to equal employment opportunity and an inclusive environment where employees can bring their authentic selves to work.
