We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Recovery Monitor to join our team. The Recovery Monitor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recovery process, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial in helping our clients navigate their recovery journey with confidence and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor recovery cases from initiation to resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and support throughout the recovery process.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the recovery process.
- Provide regular reports on recovery progress to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recovery services, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
