At least 5 years of account management experience within an advertising or marketing agency environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing major client accounts and leading cross-functional teams for federal government clients.
Experience supporting complex federal projects, transformation initiatives, and sophisticated client relationships.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to anticipate developments in marketing trends, technologies, and communications practices.
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Remote work is anticipated for the position.
Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, trade shows, conferences, and related activities.
Opportunity to lead a complex, high-visibility federal marketing and communications account.
Exposure to multidisciplinary work spanning strategy, media, creative, digital, social media, analytics, and project management.
Opportunity to contribute to communications and customer-experience initiatives serving a broad national and international audience.
Position is contingent upon client approval, fulfillment of security requirements, and adherence to any applicable on-site requirements.
