You will translate complex product and technical concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences across multiple formats. Working closely with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders, you will identify content needs and turn them into field-ready resources. The position has a strong focus on emerging technical areas, including AI governance, while remaining centered on sales usability rather than deep engineering expertise. You will also help establish a reliable, searchable source of truth for enablement content. This is a hands-on, creative, and highly collaborative opportunity in a remote-first environment.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify enablement needs and translate them into clear content requirements.
- Convert input from Sales and cross-functional stakeholders into structured content briefs and production plans.
- Prioritize content initiatives according to business impact, GTM execution requirements, and field urgency.
- Write, design, and produce enablement materials including playbooks, one-pagers, presentations, documents, and other sales resources.
- Build and maintain onboarding and ongoing training courses, quizzes, and certifications within an LMS such as Mindtickle.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, recordings, and training videos in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Translate technical capabilities, including AI governance features, into accessible sales messaging, feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards.
- Reinforce the organization's Command of the Message methodology across enablement materials and ensure consistent positioning and value language.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, technical experts, and GTM leadership to align content with launches and product positioning.
- Ensure training collateral supports field execution, effectiveness, and accuracy.
- Develop sufficient technical product knowledge to confidently translate complex concepts into practical sales content.
- Act as a bridge between Sales and Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure enablement content reflects real field needs.
- Own a single source of truth for enablement content and retire duplicate or outdated materials as new resources are released.
- Organize, tag, and maintain content so it is easy to search and access across Mindtickle and other enablement systems.
- Maintain consistent standards for voice, structure, presentation, and visual quality across enablement materials.
- Analyze completion data, quiz results, engagement metrics, and field feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Take ownership of major enablement initiatives from initial requirements through production, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Support the continuous improvement of the content library during product launches and throughout the first year in the role.
- 4+ years of experience creating content in sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, training, or a related function, preferably within SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with the ability to learn complex product concepts and explain them in simple, sales-ready language.
- Ability to develop a working understanding of technical areas such as AI governance without requiring deep engineering expertise.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging content.
- Experience producing video content, including scripting, recording, and basic editing.
- Experience creating courses, assessments, quizzes, or certifications within an LMS; Mindtickle experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with product, marketing, technical experts, and GTM stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and translate diverse stakeholder input into actionable content plans.
- Experience organizing content libraries or knowledge bases to make information easy to search, access, and trust.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual, structural, and brand consistency.
