Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily banking and treasury activities, including executing and monitoring transactions, ensuring accurate general ledger coding, and promptly identifying variances.

- Coordinate accounts payable processes, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.

- Oversee the month-end financial close process, ensuring all entries are accurate and completed within established timelines.

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to support management decision-making.

- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.

- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

- Expertise in QuickBooks Online Advanced is required.

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
