The Designer Gráfico Digital Pleno | Sênior will be responsible for leading visual communication projects, ensuring brand consistency, and developing creative solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and business performance.

• Develop and evolve visual communication for campaigns, products, and strategic digital initiatives.
• Act as a design reference within the team, contributing to the consistency and evolution of the brand identity.
• Translate business objectives into creative solutions that combine user experience, branding, and performance.
• Create digital assets for websites, applications, marketing campaigns, social media, email communications, landing pages, and other channels.
• Participate in campaign ideation by contributing concepts, creative directions, and visual strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships, and other teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure visual quality and consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to improve workflows and elevate creative output.
• Create illustrations, edit short-form videos, and develop digital materials as required.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital designer with strong visual expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage creative projects in a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
• Solid experience in digital design, branding, and visual communication for digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, aesthetic quality, creative processes, and measurable project impact.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of digital marketing design principles, user experience, and brand communication.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals including typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and colour theory.
• Excellent organisation, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with autonomy to lead projects from start to finish.
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, cashback, or digital marketing environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with data-driven design practices such as A/B testing, CRO, and conversion optimisation is advantageous.
• Experience working with agile teams and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial.
• Experience with motion design, video editing, or AI-powered design tools is a strong advantage.
