This role is designed for an experienced UX professional who thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, interaction design, and storytelling. You will contribute to creating meaningful digital experiences for leading brands, solving complex user challenges through creativity, data, and technology. As a Senior UX Designer, you will independently lead important UX initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across design, product, technology, and business. You will help shape user journeys, design systems, and digital solutions that deliver measurable impact. The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in defining and delivering user-centered experiences, partnering with strategists, product teams, developers, designers, and stakeholders to transform insights into impactful solutions.
- Conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, and competitive analysis to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable UX recommendations, user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and accessible interactions that improve usability, findability, and overall product experience.
- Collaborate with visual designers and developers to ensure UX concepts are effectively implemented and aligned with technical requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems, UX frameworks, and scalable design practices.
- Develop experience narratives and content structures that connect user needs, business objectives, and brand goals.
- Support UX writing activities, including navigation labels, calls-to-action, onboarding experiences, and interface content.
- Present UX concepts, recommendations, and design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Participate in workshops, design critiques, collaborative sessions, and agile ceremonies.
- Support junior designers through feedback, mentoring, and sharing best practices.
- Experiment with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, ensuring quality, ethics, originality, and human judgment remain central to the design process.
The ideal candidate is an experienced UX professional with strong product thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work across complex digital environments.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, experience design, service design, or related disciplines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across web, mobile, services, or complex digital products.
- Experience conducting research and transforming insights into user journeys, interactions, content structures, and design decisions.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Experience contributing to design systems and scalable digital experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern UX design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to create clear experience narratives through journey mapping, content hierarchy, and UX writing.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, content, and design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with confidence presenting UX rationale to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while solving complex problems.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience designing for industries such as luxury hospitality, travel, aviation, financial services, retail, or premium consumer brands.
- Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams across different regions and time zones.
- Background in consulting environments or client-facing projects.
- Familiarity with service design methods such as blueprints, ecosystem maps, and cross-channel experience frameworks.
- Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, usability sessions, or co-creation activities.
- Knowledge of analytics, experimentation, content strategy, or behavioral insights applied to UX decisions.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI features within design platforms.
