Columbia Child Development Program, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of our agency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Maintain personnel records and HR systems including Paylocity
- Track employee clearances, trainings, evaluations, and compliance deadlines
- Monitor and follow up on required documentation and recurring HR processes
- Support benefits enrollment and employment-related paperwork
- Assist supervisors with employee documentation and personnel processes including departures
- Prepare required HR reports and maintain confidential records
- Help ensure HR processes remain organized, accurate, and on schedule
- Unemployment, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation
- Prepare required HR reports and maintain compliance with agency, state, federal, and Head Start requirements.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Associate degree in Human Resources, or related field with at least two (2) years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Candidates with strong background in human resources or administration will be considered.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR systems, personnel processes, or compliance tracking preferred
- Paylocity experience is a plus
