- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY:
The Systems Analyst works as part of the Systems Development Group within the Information Systems Team and is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting business systems and integrations that enable efficient, reliable, and scalable operations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, department leaders, and third‑party vendors to gather, validate, and translate business and technical requirements into well‑designed, maintainable solutions.
In coordination with the Systems Development team, the Systems Analyst defines and builds system enhancements and integrations that improve and automate business processes while ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and long‑term sustainability.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Analyzing existing business systems, workflows, and integrations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Working directly with end users, department leads, and other stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Defining solution approaches based on collected requirements, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Designing, developing, testing, and documenting system enhancements, custom applications, and system integrations.
- Building and maintaining integrations between ERP systems, databases, production systems, and third-party applications.
- Developing automation and tooling to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Serving as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party developers.
- Testing system changes and enhancements; perform post-implementation validation and follow-up.
- Providing internal customers with application and technical support via phone, desk-side, and remote assistance.
- Other duties as assigned by IS Team Leader.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A GREAT FIT:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing system and integration requirements.
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, scripting, and system integration.
- Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
- General programming fluency across multiple languages and technologies, including but not limited to: Python, SQL, Visual Basic, .NET, XML, and HTML.
- Working knowledge of .NET, XML, HTML, and web-based applications.
- Ability to create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Five or more years of experience in systems analysis, application development, or related technical roles - preferred
