You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technical roles while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and People teams. The position places a strong emphasis on leveraging data, market insights, and AI tools to optimize sourcing strategies, improve hiring efficiency, and enhance candidate quality. You will play a key role in identifying bottlenecks, improving funnel performance, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment processes while leveraging data and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and support strategic talent decisions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technical roles up to G7 level.
- Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, alignment, and selection criteria.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
- Use recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency.
- Drive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal SLAs, labor regulations, and data accuracy within ATS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through proactive sourcing and bias mitigation.
- Apply AI tools to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and recruitment workflows.
You bring strong full-cycle recruitment experience combined with analytical thinking, data literacy, and a modern approach to talent acquisition.
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced or global environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment funnel metrics and talent market intelligence.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance recruitment processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.

- Fluent English is mandatory for global collaboration.
