Job Description
General Responsibilities
Since 1983, Vehrs Distributing has been on a mission to create and deliver the finest premium wine and spirits portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. As we expand our offerings to include non-alcoholic beverages and reach more clients in the Western Washington region, we're looking for additional Warehouse Associates. This role involves picking and preparing orders for delivery as well as additional general warehouse duties.
Essential Functions
- Accurately locate, identify, and pull specific products using mobile device picking system.
- Build mixed-case orders for retail accounts or pull full pallets for high-volume customers.
- Safely operate warehouse machinery, including electric pallet jacks.
- Safely handle glass containers with care to minimize loss.
- Perform inventory as required.
- Perform general cleaning of warehouse spaces.
Skills & Qualifications
- Reliable and dedicated attitude required.
- Competent with mobile devices, email, and basic computer applications.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk throughout the day.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to frequently bend, including while carrying weight.
Compensation
This is a full-time position that pays $21-$22/hour.

- This position starts at 80 hours of paid vacation per year. Our tiered accrual schedule increases based on seniority, capping at 160 hours after six years of service.
- 10 days of paid sick leave per year
- 1 personal holiday per year
- Participation in Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) and the WA Cares Fund (Long-Term Care).
