SHIPPING/RECEIVING/GENERAL WAREHOUSE at Ring & Pinion Service Inc – Kent, Washington

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper handling of transmissions and torque converters
• Double check all incoming and outgoing product
• Responsible for logging any abnormalities and taking pictures as needed
• Responsible for keeping production, shipping, and receiving areas clean and organized
• Assist in parts area and in any other areas where help is needed
• Responsible for pulling cores and stock units
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Represent TRC and PTC in professional manner at all times

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to be organized, detailed and efficient
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision
• Ability to operate sit down and stand up forklift
• Ability to operate pallet jack or hoist to load transmissions into vehiclesSupervisory responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds regularly
• Must be able to load and unload with and without dollies in various types of weather

Travel required

• Back up delivery, when needed

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year forklift experience (not required/preferred)
