Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Copiers Northwest as a Warehouse Assistant! This entry-level role supports the Operations, Service, and Sales teams, with a focus on high-volume picking and shipping. The Seattle warehouse serves as the primary support location for all Copiers Northwest sites in WA. As a member of the Order Processing Operations team, you'll be cross-trained in a variety of warehouse functions. This is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive team in a stable company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, assemble, and ship ordersLoad and unload trucks; verify and sign Bills of Lading (BOLs)Follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervisionCommunicate and collaborate with internal teams to complete tasks efficientlyAdapt to new duties and procedures in a dynamic work environmentPrioritize and meet deadlinesSupport organizational values and goals, independently and collaborativelyBe positive and professional Maintain punctual and consistent attendance

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience (part-time or full-time)High school diploma or GED is requiredBasic computer and phone skills (email, Microsoft Office)Experience in document solutions or office equipment industry is a plus, but not requiredClear verbal and written communication skillsPositive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and growStrong initiative, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAble to read and comprehend technical documentsAbility to follow directions without direct supervisionAdaptable to a changing environment, including new duties, new policies/proceduresAble to maintain a standard warehouse dress code Be able to work occasional early mornings or evenings
