About the Opportunity

We are a long-standing organization focused on helping working families access supplemental and permanent benefit programs. For more than 60 years, we have worked with union members, associations, and member-based groups across North America and internationally.

Our focus is to provide clear guidance, dependable support, and a professional experience for every member we assist. Representatives work directly with members who have requested information about available benefit options, helping them understand their programs through a clear and supportive consultation process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings
  • Present benefit information through phone or virtual meetings
  • Assist members with basic applications and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
  • Provide professional customer service and ongoing support
  • Participate in team training, quality control, and leadership development
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Positive, motivated, and energetic personality
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable using basic computer tools
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service, sales, hospitality, or client support experience is an asset
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
