CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (RPP) – In House
Main Office Location: 30 Victoria Crescent, Brampton On

Discover Communications Inc. a primary business vendor for Rogers Communications Canada Inc. is looking for someone like you to fill a Customer Service Representative role.
Your objective will be to support new and/or our existing customer base within the full scope of our presence across regions. This will also include supporting all assigned Corporate Fulfillment accounts with the Rogers sales/service teams with respect to RogersDirect and the processing & execution of orders in association with Rogers Communications Canada Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service by identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Responsible for “same day” shipping duties when required
- Build, manage and maintain positive business relationships through open and interactive communication
- Embrace change in a fast-paced, performance driven team environment
- Offer technical support to customers
- Coordinate with appropriate teams the timely resolution of all customer issues
- Process customer orders accurately based on specifications and terms (e.g. Enterprise or Government accounts) within a timely manner
- Provide post-sales support
- Deal with conflict resolution with emphasis on customer retention
- As required from time to time, assist with onsite device deployment activities
- Back office administrative tasks; including scheduling, record keeping, review and analyse order agreements, audit program offerings and transactions for accuracy
- Ability to:
- Learn the various MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
- Provide customers with data transfer solutions and the associated support
- Understand the array of wireless products available to better support our customer as required
- Understand and speak fluid English and French Language
- Perform other job related duties as assigned or required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed high school diploma or higher
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Available to work on a flexible schedule; days and evenings to meet customer demand
- Excellent active listening and communications skills in Bilingual of English & French
- Passionate about providing world class customer service
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized, ability to multitask and prioritize to optimize results
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong computer skills (Windows and internet navigation) and comfort working with wireless devices
- Punctual and committed to work schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a telecommunication role
- Bilingual (English & French) is mandatory
- Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset
