Join Be Wealth as a Wealth Associate and play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve secure and purposeful financial futures. This dynamic position combines comprehensive support for wealth management with a focus on trading and investment research, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to client success through both operational excellence and investment insights. You will work closely with Wealth Managers, Wealth Assistants, and leadership to deliver seamless client service, accurate execution, and high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing trading strategies and managing investment portfolios.
  • Conduct investment research to support portfolio decisions and provide insights on market trends.
  • Prepare appointments, including all required reports, data, and meeting materials.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial plans tailored to client needs.
  • Process complex accounts and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective client communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, investment products, and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to the analysis of investment opportunities and risk assessments.

Requirements:
  • Series 7 and 66 licensure (or equivalent) required
  • CFP or AMPA designation, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in wealth management, investment research, or trading preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software, trading platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
