Accountabilities:
  • Optimize, structure, and document operational and administrative processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and organizational performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams by supporting executive reporting, business analysis, and special operational projects.
  • Manage and oversee contractual documentation processes, including preparation, revision, version control, and compliance of agreements and service orders.
  • Coordinate communication and approval flows between legal, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
  • Support commercial operations by helping structure complex proposals while balancing client requirements with internal policies and operational feasibility.
  • Maintain data accuracy and operational hygiene within CRM systems, including contract timelines, billing milestones, and service-level agreements.
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements aimed at increasing productivity and reducing rework.
  • Develop dashboards, executive reports, and operational analyses to support leadership decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and supporting administrative issue resolution.
  • Contribute to process innovation initiatives through automation improvements, operational enhancements, and workflow optimization strategies.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in administrative operations, business operations, process analysis, or related operational roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting operational data.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing complex and multidisciplinary operational demands.
  • Strong business acumen and systems-thinking approach to operational problem-solving.
  • Experience interacting with leadership teams, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes, operational compliance, and administrative workflows.
  • Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Gemini, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, data storytelling, or process improvement initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven examples of operational improvements or process optimization projects are highly valued.
