Working closely with multidisciplinary teams such as media, product, and business strategy, you will contribute to both tactical analysis and long-term analytical evolution. The position blends hands-on data science, statistical rigor, and business storytelling, with a strong focus on scalable and impactful solutions. You will also play a key role in strengthening data maturity and fostering a data-driven culture across teams and clients. Drive advanced analytics initiatives that transform data into strategic insights and support decision-making across media and business teams.
- Define and structure business metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
- Explore, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement machine learning models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity modeling, and other use cases.
- Support strategic planning through advanced analytics, performance studies, and efficiency analysis.
- Design and execute experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, incrementality analysis, and causal inference studies.
- Contribute to the evolution of data maturity and promote a strong data-driven culture across teams and clients.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities combined with hands-on data science and machine learning expertise in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and model development.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured storytelling and business insights.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with experimentation methods such as A/B testing and causal inference.
- Familiarity with marketing data, attribution models, or marketing mix modeling is a plus.
- Experience with data engineering, MLOps, or deployment of models is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to generative AI applied to data analysis is also a plus.
