This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join a fast-growing cloud technology environment focused on innovation, scalability, and customer success. In this role, you will lead complex SaaS sales initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe, managing both high-velocity opportunities and strategic enterprise accounts. You will work closely with technical experts, business development teams, and executive stakeholders to position cutting-edge cloud and data optimization solutions. - Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation, closing, and account expansion across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans designed to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage a balanced portfolio of mid-market and enterprise opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with business development representatives to refine outbound strategies and maximize pipeline conversion.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, deliver compelling solution presentations, and coordinate procurement and contract processes.
- Build strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, including data engineering, FinOps, and cloud leadership teams.
- Partner with solution engineers to demonstrate the technical and business value of cloud optimization and observability solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales methodologies, playbooks, and team best practices in a scaling environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success managing both transactional sales cycles and complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, data warehouses, FinOps practices, and modern data ecosystems.
- Fluency in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language.
- Experience with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline forecasting practices.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Availability to work through a contractor agreement or Employer of Record arrangement.
