This role is focused on transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across insurance and business intelligence domains. You will work with large and diverse datasets to build analytical solutions that drive performance across commercial, financial, and actuarial areas. The position involves developing dashboards, KPIs, and ETL processes that enable reliable and centralized data consumption. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and performance optimization. - Develop data-driven analyses to identify business opportunities, process improvements, and performance insights across insurance and financial operations.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support management reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Design, implement, and maintain KPIs for business, financial, and actuarial areas.
- Monitor and analyze insurance portfolio indicators such as new sales, asset base performance, claims (sinistralidade), and other key metrics.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based processes (T-SQL queries) to support data modeling and analytical foundations.
- Design and maintain ETL processes integrating multiple data sources into centralized repositories using structured data pipelines.
- Support business teams by generating insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of analytical data structures used across reporting and business intelligence tools.
Requirements:
- Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Data, or related fields.
- Experience in compliance-related environments is a plus.
- Strong experience building and maintaining KPIs for business, financial, and actuarial areas.
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI or other OLAP tools for dashboard development and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL) and data querying for analytical and reporting purposes.
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes, especially using Microsoft SSIS or similar tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Knowledge of insurance, capitalization, or dental plan industries is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
- Good communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
