POSITION SUMMARY |
The Mental Health Clinician at CHCCAA plays a crucial role in advancing our mission to expand opportunities and build self-sufficiency for our community members. This position promotes the social-emotional and mental wellness of children and families enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start programs. This role provides trauma-informed mental health consultation, early intervention, and referrals, while also supporting the well-being of staff through coaching, training, and system-wide mental health strategies. The clinician partners closely with families, classroom teams, and leadership to ensure inclusive, developmentally appropriate mental health supports aligned with Head Start Performance Standards. The ideal candidate will use their skills to embody our values and contribute to our vision of a thriving, self-sufficient community. |
