As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of 500–600 customers through scalable, digital-first engagement strategies. You will guide customers throughout their lifecycle, driving adoption, retention, and measurable value from a SaaS platform. The role combines customer relationship management with data analysis, lifecycle campaigns, automation, and proactive risk management. You will use customer health and usage insights to identify opportunities, strengthen engagement, and address potential retention risks. You will also lead digital QBRs, EBRs, webinars, and targeted campaigns that demonstrate customer value. Collaboration across Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support will be essential to improving the overall customer experience. This is an outcome-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working at scale while using data and digital programs to create meaningful customer impact.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 500–600 customers using scalable, digital-first customer success strategies.
- Design and execute targeted digital campaigns, including nurture programs, surveys, and adoption initiatives aligned with customer lifecycle stages.
- Monitor customer health, product usage, and engagement data to identify risks, opportunities, and adoption trends, taking proactive action where needed.
- Deliver digital QBRs, EBRs, webinars, and other virtual customer engagements that demonstrate ROI and strengthen relationships.
- Partner with Renewal Managers to develop and execute retention strategies for customers identified as being at risk.
- Analyze customer insights and adoption patterns and share recommendations that can inform product development, content strategy, and digital customer programs.
- Contribute to scalable playbooks, automation models, and best practices that improve the effectiveness of digital customer success programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support teams to coordinate customer outcomes and resolve challenges effectively.
- You have 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing SaaS role.
- You have demonstrated experience using digital strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth at scale.
- You possess strong analytical skills and can confidently interpret customer health, product usage, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
- You have experience with digital lifecycle management, customer campaigns, automation, or other scalable engagement programs.
- You communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats and are comfortable engaging customers through webinars, virtual QBRs, and other digital channels.
- You are comfortable explaining SaaS product features, benefits, and use cases in ways that encourage customer adoption and demonstrate value.
- You are highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities across a large customer portfolio while remaining focused on measurable outcomes.
- You are comfortable using CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Totango.
- You understand SaaS customer lifecycle stages and the strategies used to create effective digital engagement.
- You collaborate effectively across functions and can build strong working relationships with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support teams.
- You must reside in the Mountain (MST) or Central (CST) time zone.
- The base salary range for this position is $95,200–$112,000 USD.
- The role may include eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
