Job Description
GVMH Medical Clinics consist of five clinic campuses: Clinton, Warsaw, Windsor, Osceola and East Campus. We employ over 60 physicians and mid-level providers, offering a variety of services such as primary care, walk-in clinic, and many specialties. The Clinic Regulatory Compliance Coordinator should have extensive clinical and working knowledge in all facets of GVMH medical practices. They must work in collaboration with clinic directors, physicians, mid-level providers, clinic staff and other departments to plan, direct, and evaluate the care provided to patients and their families. The Clinic Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is a seasoned professional who is highly motivated, well-organized, personable and efficient. This individual leads projects and process improvement efforts that impact all clinics and ensures regulatory compliance for the clinics related to TJC, CMS, COLA, BNDD, and Rural Health standards. The Clinic Regulatory Compliance Coordinator must be willing to have a flexible schedule and travel to Warsaw, Clinton, Windsor, Osceola, and East Campus clinic locations as needed.
Responsibilities (this is not an exhaustive list):
Emergency kit audits: review monthly logs (AED, emergency medicine, O2, temperature logs)
Controlled medications: review monthly logs and perform annual audit for BNDD compliance for all clinic locations
Review Rural Health manual and audit each clinic location quarterly or more often as needed
Assist with pharmacy review annually at each clinic location
Perform mock TJC surveys at each clinic location quarterly or more often as needed
Policy review: develop, deploy and review in coordination with clinic directors
Perform monthly audits for Med Assure, consents, and sample medications
Related to the Warsaw, Windsor and Osceola labs:
Perform environment of care rounds
Complete monthly safety checklists at each clinic location
Report findings to clinic directors for follow-up and assist with action plans if needed
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years' experience in a clinic setting
One to three years' supervisory experience

- responsible for lab QA review: weekly, monthly and annually
- responsible for the lab QC review: weekly, monthly and annually
- time studies for lab director
- competency review and staff validation
- proficiency testing review
- annual test volume
- lab instrument implementation: work collaboratively with main hospital lab and clinic leadership to develop policies, competencies, training and correlations
Perform environment of care rounds

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years' experience in a clinic setting
One to three years' supervisory experience
*Starting Range: $27.02-$29.72
