Director Ops Clinic Practice at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree preferred. Current RN licensure by the Indiana State Board of Nursing. A minimum of five years of management experience in outpatient clinic and ambulatory surgery care management is preferred. Experience in acute care is also advantageous. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates current working knowledge and understanding of ACHC/AAAHC/ISDH/Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Must possess strong customer service (patient and physician) skills and clinical program/ coworker development skills.
