Job Description
|
Maintains accountability to CNO-PRMC & Affiliates/Vice President in matters of Nursing practice and standards of nursing care. In conjunction with the CNO, collaborates with the Service Line Administrator for the organization, implementation, development and physician alignment necessary to provide world class patient services at Parkview Health, establishing and sustaining a patient- centered focus and through that focus, achieving the administrative, clinical and financial goals established by Parkview Health, and in concert with all Parkview Health partners, physicians and other leadership. |
Education
|
Must have an BSN from accredited program. Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA). Master's degree in a healthcare related field required. MSN preferred. |
Licensure/Certification
|
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. |
Experience
|
Must have five years progressive clinical or supervisory experience in health care field, two to three years in a management position. |
Other Qualifications
|
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. |
