Job Overview

Granite Excavation, Inc. is hiring an experienced Concrete Mixer Truck Driver for a full-time, year-round position serving the

Treasure Valley. The position is based out of the company's Emmett yard and involves transporting concrete to construction

jobsites. Construction or off-road trucking experience is preferred.

concrete structures, and public and private construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete to assigned jobsites.

· Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

· Ensure the truck and trailer are properly loaded and secured before travel.

· Follow Foreman instructions and daily jobsite schedules and expectations.

· Drive safely on public roads and construction sites and follow applicable traffic and jobsite safety requirements.

· Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working with coworkers, customers, and jobsite personnel.

· Maintain required vehicle documentation and report vehicle defects or safety concerns.

Qualifications

· Valid Class A CDL required.

· Current DOT medical card and required driver documentation.

· Tanker endorsement required, as stated in the source posting.

· Verifiable driving experience and an excellent driving record.

· Ability to meet applicable FMCSA regulations.

· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

· Experience in construction-based or off-road trucking preferred.

· Ability to follow directions and work safely around construction equipment and active jobsites.

· Full-time, year-round, in-person position serving the Treasure Valley.

· Position is based out of Emmett, Idaho, with work performed at various jobsites.
