1. Safely operate CAT 395 excavators or comparable large excavating equipment.
2. Perform mass excavation, bulk earthmoving, and large-scale dirt and rock removal.
3. Load CAT 775/777 rigid-frame haul trucks and other off-highway hauling equipment.
4. Maintain efficient production cycles while ensuring safe and accurate loading.
5. Excavate, stockpile, and move large quantities of earth and rock.
6. Work closely with haul truck drivers, dozer operators, and ground crews to maintain production.
7. Follow excavation plans, grade requirements, and project specifications.
8. Safely operate on uneven terrain and around active heavy equipment.
9. Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
10. Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
11. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other equipment operators.

1. Previous hands-on experience operating CAT 395 excavators or comparable large excavators strongly preferred.
2. Experience in heavy civil construction, mass excavation, mining, quarrying, or large-scale earthmoving projects.
3. Proven experience loading large off-highway haul trucks.
4. Strong understanding of excavation techniques, equipment capabilities, and safe operating procedures.
5. Ability to maintain productivity in a high-volume earthmoving environment.
6. Experience working alongside large dozers, loaders, and haul trucks.
7. Ability to perform daily equipment inspections.
8. Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
9. Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as required.
10. Reliable transportation to the Boise project site.

1. CAT 395, CAT 390, or comparable large production excavators.
2. Production loading of CAT 775/777 haul trucks or equivalent equipment.
3. Large-scale mass excavation and bulk earthmoving.
4. Mining, quarrying, or heavy civil earthwork operations.
5. Experience with GPS or machine control systems.
6. Experience working on large industrial or data center construction projects.
