The HRIS Analyst will manage & optimize the organization’s HR systems and processes. With a focus on data integrity, the HRIS Analyst will generate reports, conduct day-to-day maintenance, seek opportunities for and conduct needed optimizations, and troubleshooting of all HR systems ensuring functionality. They will provide functional and technical support to the HR team and Fund employees as assistance is needed within the HR systems. This role plays a key part in leveraging HR technology to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and support HR strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Maintain, updates, optimize, and troubleshoot HR systems
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee data within all HR systems (ADP, PerformYard, BLC, Pulse, Active Directory, etc.), this includes, but not limited to:
- Entering New Hires
- Terminating Employees
- Password Resets
- Processing Status Change Forms (SCFs)
- Creating Job Codes or new fields in the systems to maximize utilization and efficiency
- Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and business needs (Org Charts, Pulse Directory, Active Directory, Change Report, Turnover Report, Staffing/Headcount Report and Employee Compensation Reports, anniversary/birthday, new hire/promotions, etc.)
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements and automation
- Gather business requirements and develop new functionalities/modules to meet business needs and to support evolving HR services and priorities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Main Administrator for all HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication across systems and third-party systems
- Assisting in monitoring and error resolution of integrations, and participate in system upgrades
- Assist in training end users in HR systems and troubleshooting best practices as well as developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and user guides
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and procedures

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 ~ 4 years minimally, direct experience in HRIS support and development
- 1 ~ 2 years’ experience with self-service applications, performance management (PerformYard or similar), applicant tracking systems (ADP or similar), and learning management systems (Absorb or similar)
- Experience with system integration, module optimization, and automation of manual processes
- Working knowledge and experience in HRIS systems, data management and configuration
- Working knowledge of human resources administration and familiarity with HR processes and practice
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience (Bachelor degree preferred)
- Preferred: Certification in CCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- The ability to travel 10% - 15% (for training, if needed)
Salary range for this position: Salary $70,500 - $88,200. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) with potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
