Located in Medley, Florida, Morales Beverage Group of FL seeks a Sales Representative for the Miami territory. We have a competitive compensation package with a wide range of benefits for full-time employees.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through new account acquisition, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. This role enhances brand visibility by engaging directly with store-level decision-makers, influencing purchasing behavior, and executing in-store merchandising and promotional strategies. The Sales Representative provides tailored solutions to meet customer needs, delivers exceptional service, and processes orders on-site to support sales goals.
The Sales Representative enhances brand presence by engaging directly with on- and off-premise decision-makers,. This position executes brand standards through effective menu listings, promotions, staff education, and point-of-sale activation to support overall sales objectives.

Account Management:
Create and maintain strong relationships with On-Premise and Off-Premise accountsConduct regular visits to accounts to maintain current placements and ensure ongoing satisfactionServe as the primary point of contact for assigned on-premise clients, fostering long-term partnershipsSales Execution:
Sell in new products to On-premise and Off-premise accounts and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territoryDrive product visibility and velocity through strategic placements and menu featuresBrand Programming and Marketing:
Execute brand programs, promotions, and supplier initiatives at the account levelCoordinate and support on-site events such as tastings, staff trainings, and promotional activationsEnsure proper execution of brand standards and promotional materials across all accountsTerritory Management:
Travel daily within the assigned territory to service accounts and pursue new businessPrioritize high-impact visits to maximize territory efficiency and sales opportunitiesMonitor and report on account performance and compliance with program executionReporting and Insights:
