Job Summary:
The AM Cook-Server is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to hotel guests while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. This role combines basic cooking duties with front-of-house service to ensure a welcoming and smooth dining experience during morning hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items in accordance with hotel standards and food safety guidelines

Set up and maintain the breakfast station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper food presentation

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take orders (if applicable) and serve food and beverages promptly

Replenish food items and supplies throughout the breakfast service

Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and service areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces

Monitor food quality and ensure proper storage of ingredients

Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred

Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
