About the Role:

This full-time summer internship provides hands-on experience supporting the property operations

team. You’ll gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of multi-family real estate properties while

helping manage vendors, contracts, and special projects.

What You’ll Do:

 Participate in creating portfolio wide processes and procedures related to property

management, leasing, facilities, sustainability and corporate initiatives

 Work on special projects related to property management, leasing, and facilities.

 Attend operations and leasing meetings with property teams and take notes, track follow-ups,

and support action items.

 Prepare analysis in Excel to analyze trends and/or property metrics and assist with special

projects, as needed.

 Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for property management

and facilities initiatives.

 Act as a company representative and point of contact with vendors.

 Provide operational and analytical support to property management, marketing, and leasing

agent personnel based upon the strategic plan with respect to each property.

What We’re Looking For:

 Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree

 Any experience in property operations, asset management, or related experience a plus.

 Interest in learning about the operations of multi-family real estate

 Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

 Excellent oral and written communication skills

 Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

 Strong work ethic, integrity and commitment to meet deadlines

 Positive, “can do” attitude

 Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
