Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our online business. This role works closely with the Ecommerce Operations Manager to ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow within ecommerce operations.
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee product allocations, replenishment, and preorder tracking
- Monitor daily order reports, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and ensure timely shipping
- Support packaging initiatives, gifting programs, and licensed product processing
- Prepare reports and provide insights for ecommerce and marketing teams
- Collaborate with warehouses, customer service, and external vendors to resolve operational issues
- Assist in supervising and coordinating tasks across operations team members
- Conduct site audits, support testing, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, retail, operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento, or ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset
