Earth Tech Enterprises | Seagate Development Group | Theory Design
๐Ÿ“ Southwest Florida | Full-Time | On-Site

Seagate Development Group is seeking a highly capable, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO & President across multiple operating companies and select personal responsibilities.

This is not a traditional administrative role. This is a high-impact, trusted partner position designed to increase executive leverage, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure seamless execution across business and personal priorities.

The Opportunity
You will function as an extension of the CEO โ€” managing information flow, protecting time, driving follow-ups, and ensuring priorities are executed at the highest level. The right candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and brings both discretion and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary gatekeeper for the CEOโ€™s calendar, priorities, and communications
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executives, board, private equity, and M&A meetings
  • Track initiatives, deadlines, and cross-company accountability
  • Attend meetings when needed and provide summaries, action items, and follow-up execution
  • Support M&A activity including diligence coordination and document management
  • Manage complex travel logistics and scheduling
  • Interface professionally with senior executives, investors, attorneys, and advisors
  • Provide light accounting support (invoice review, expense tracking, coordination with finance)
  • Assist with oversight of personal assets (real estate, vendors, insurance coordination)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment at all times
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years supporting senior executives, founders, or C-suite leaders
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Accounting or finance background preferred
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Comfortable working extended hours when business demands require
  • Thrives in a high-trust, high-performance environment
Why Join Us
You will work directly with an entrepreneurial CEO leading multiple growing companies in development, heavy civil construction, and luxury design. This role offers meaningful responsibility, visibility into strategic initiatives, and the opportunity to operate at a high level across diverse business functions.
