The Administrative Assistant I plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of an organization by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with office management software and database systems.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members and management.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure necessary materials are available.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including booking venues and arranging necessary equipment.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
