Job Description
The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support to an Executive. This role serves as a strategic administrative partner, providing high-level support that enables the Executive to operate efficiently and focus on driving the business forward. This role is integral in the day-to-day and long-term success of DBA, supporting executive operations, internal alignment, and external stakeholder engagement across brands, agencies, and leadership teams.
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 B.O.E
Requirements:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive & Business Operations Support
· Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Executive, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and partner.
· Manage a complex, fast-moving executive calendar, prioritizing time against business objectives and strategic initiatives.
· Anticipate needs, proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the Executive is prepared for all meetings and commitments.
· Prepare briefings, agendas, run-of-show documents, and follow-ups for executive meetings.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
· Serve as a liaison between the Executive and internal teams, senior leadership, talent, clients, and external partners.
· Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence and communications with clarity, discretion and professionalism.
· Act as an information resource and professional host for clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Coordination
· Partner with the Executive on special projects, internal initiatives, and operational priorities.
· Coordinate across departments, brands, and agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
· Track action items, deadlines and deliverables tied to executive priorities and leadership meetings.
Meetings, Planning & Events
· Coordinate senior leadership meetings, off-sites, and company-wide meetings, including agenda, materials, and follow-ups.
· Maintain meeting notes, summaries, and action plans, ensuring accountability and progress.
· Support planning and execution of high-level internal and external company events.
Data, Reporting & Presentation Support
· Support preparation for board-level, client-facing, and leadership presentations.
